makes the following promises with regard to
those who finish the the training course
and achieve 'Certified Status':

1. All course participants who achieve Certified Status will     be satisfied.

2. If they are not satisfied, Molloy, BDG has 60 days to remedy     the situation.

3. During that time, participants agree to participate in the
    training program over again.
